ruling the NSW planning commission should have considered the emissions from burning the mine\u2019s exported coal overseas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Singapore\u2019s energy regulator says <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/2026-10-08\/sun-cable-plans-to-send-australian-solar-energy-to-singapore\/107229542\">Sun Cable\u2019s $35 billion plan to export NT solar power to Singapore<\/a> faces major cost, distance and approval hurdles, with cheaper short-haul imports from Malaysia and Indonesia competing for the same market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wagga Wagga residents have
